On 11 August at 8:30 PM, I will have the honour of participating in “The Future of Power”, to be held in Piazza Ruffo, Cassano delle Murge, for a dialogue dedicated to the profound transformations redefining the relationship between technology, law, and governance.
Drawing on the book Federal Global Constitutionalism and Technologies of Power in the Quantum Age, with the co-author of the book Alberto Contu we are going to examine the challenges posed by Artificial Intelligence, quantum computing, and emerging technologies, while reflecting on the need for a constitutional framework capable of safeguarding human dignity, cognitive freedom, and peace in the post-quantum era.
This event offers an opportunity for an open and constructive discussion on the future of our institutions and on our shared responsibility to build a society founded on trust, responsible innovation, and human flourishing.
