On 12 August, I will have the honor of speaking in the extraordinary setting of Porto Palermo, Albania, for a public dialogue on one of the defining challenges of our century: governing power in the age of Artificial Intelligence and quantum technologies.
Inspired by the book Federal Global Constitutionalism and Technologies of Power in the Quantum Age, me and the co-author Alberto Contu are going to explore how innovation is reshaping law, democracy, international cooperation, and the future of humanity.
This is more than a conversation about technology.
It is a conversation about Human Dignity, Cognitive Freedom, trust, and the constitutional principles that must guide the next era of civilization.
I am particularly pleased to bring this dialogue to Albania—a nation of remarkable history, culture, and strategic importance, with enormous potential to become a bridge between innovation, human flourishing, and international cooperation.
