Global Esports Federation (GEF)
I am honored to serve as Vice President & Chair of the Governance, Ethics & Membership (GEM) Commission of the Global Esports Federation (GEF). I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Paul J. Foster, President & CEO of the Global Esports Federation, for the confidence placed in me and for his leadership in advancing the Federation’s global mission. I am equally grateful to Secretary General Aurelia Ruetsch for the formal appointment and for her continued guidance, and to Tomas A. Ganda Sithole for his support and collaboration throughout this process. I extend my appreciation to the entire Federation leadership and community for their trust. The GEM Commission carries a strategic responsibility within the Federation’s constitutional architecture, ensuring that governance standards, ethical frameworks, and membership structures uphold the highest principles of transparency, accountability, and international cooperation. In a rapidly evolving digital landscape—where esports increasingly shape youth culture, education, technological innovation, and global dialogue—ethical governance is not peripheral; it is foundational. This responsibility aligns closely with my longstanding work in ethical artificial intelligence, digital governance, and interdisciplinary cooperation through the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC) and the broader World Changers initiatives. It also resonates with my commitment to the Multiverse of Trust (MOT), dedicated to strengthening integrity and responsible innovation across emerging digital ecosystems. We are witnessing digital environments emerge as new civic spheres—spaces where identity, creativity, competition, and cooperation converge across borders and generations. If we aspire to build a future grounded in trust, dignity, and shared responsibility, governance must evolve alongside technology. My commitment within the GEF is therefore not merely institutional, but cultural and generational: to help advance trust, fairness, and responsibility within the global esports ecosystem, while contributing—through MOT and the World Changers vision—to a broader horizon of global peace and human flourishing. I look forward to serving the Federation’s mission with dedication, integrity, and a spirit of international cooperation.
